So let me see if I understand.
You have several physical faxes attached to ATAs then your Elastix PBX. Your normal telephone users must dial 9 to get an outside line. You want to setup these faxes to send to an out ide number by just dialing the 10 digits and not require dialing 9 first? If this is the case this is possible. But you will need to do this from the embedded freepbx interface.
